I've had one other insurance and this one is so much easier to submit and collect on claims.

If your dog is prone to doing things like swallowing the wierdest stuff, don't hesitate!

My 10 year old Samoyed "Casper "was diagnosed with diabetes, and shortly there after cataracts. He rapidly lost his sight, and was probably 90% blind. We decided to have cataract surgery performed to restore his vision. We were prepared to pay for this expensive surgery ourselves, but Healthy Paws came through and covered 70 % , without a question. Casper once again has perfect vision, and his diabetes is under control. I can't say enough good things about Healthy Paws. They really care about you and your pet.

I've said this before, but Embrace is better than any pet insurance I have found. I personally have used PetFirst and the AKC insurance. Neither holds a candle to Embrace.

I call them Pets Worst... for obvious reasons.. I had to file a complaint with the DOI to get them to pay for a claim.. They finally did but sent an email to the DOI lying about why there was such a long delay.. I had kept a log of every call, every fax and every lie they told.. I had two dogs insured by them; unfortunately am forced to keep one on as he has a pre-existing condition. Even though it costs me more $ to have two separate companies, it's well worth it... On the upside, they do pay the small claims easily.. however I would run, run as fast as I could away from them..

After a large veterinary bill, I decided to take a chance on insurance. Liked that Embrace had both catastrophic and Wellness. So far, so good. Best part: there is Always a Live Person to help when I call; and they are always polite considerate and helpful

Why use any other company, these people really nailed the name of their co. They embrace the client and the owner

Embrace has handled our claims promptly in Oregon and now in CA for our Bernese Mt's Dog's highly elevated liver values which are now lower, thanks to several months' of treatments.
