WOW best insurance ever!

My dog was attacked by a large dog. He has massive bleeding and a fractured spine. The bill was over $4000. The bill was paid in full by Embrace within ten days. I'm still in shock, this is the best insurance. I wish I could get this coverage for myself. Thank you Embrace you saved me and my dog Keebler.

Perfect Pet Ins for our dogs

both dogs have Healthy Paws Insurance, HPI, since day 1. HPI does not cover regular office visits and all associated preventive cares. Its philosophy is owners should make sure all preventive care is given regularly and HP will cover unforeseeable illnesses during their lifetime. Totally makes sense. When Donut got diagnosed with brain tumor nearly 5 years old, our life changed. HPI was essential during our tough journey. Because we could get the best attainable care for him (HPI took care of the cost (90%), we got 6 additional months of quality time with Donut. Donut did not suffer much as HPI pays for all treatment and care. Grant, never got serious illness until 3 years ago. He has been having bladder stone removal surgery annually ever since. I learned in year 1 that his body cannot remove calcium crystals fast enough via natural way, hence stones formed. Again, without HPI, G would not be living with us today. G, other than the annual surgery, lives well and continues to enjoy life. He is now nearly 13. HPI makes all those wonderful life possible for our dogs and us by taking away the financial burden and allowing us to find the best soft tissue surgeons and care for Grant and the best cancer vet for Donut. HP staff is also exceptional. they all care! Thank you HP.

Here is my experience with Healthy Paws Pet Insurance. I'm so glad I have chosen this Pet Insurance after my research with others and there is no comparison. They have variable options to pick from that suits your needs and cost. The Customer Service is phenomenal always there to answer any questions you have not to mention the turn a round time for your refund after meeting your annual deductible. Heatlhy Paws staff are not just there for your business but they are a company that truly cares about your pet. . Trust me without this Insurance my Rescue Pup would not be where she is today . Fantastic insurance

I am so happy that I took ou trupanion insurance for my little Yorkie weighing 5 lbs. she is going for a operation and I need all the prayers that I can get. I thank my brother for telling me about trupanion insurance..they have explained and helped me so much. I tell all my friends who have pets to look into trupanion ins .

Condition deductibles a racket!

Terrible company. I have been paying insurance on my 19 year old Chihuahua mix for 16 years and now when he needs the insurance I get insurer rhetoric of, "Our deductibles are applied per condition for the lifetime of (x). So, once you have met the deductible for each condition, you will never have to meet that deductible again and your 90% coverage will be applied. For your claim ( ) for invoice () three different conditions were assessed (seizure, elevated renal values, and increased white blood cells) and your $500 deductible was applied to each of those conditions separately. As there is no indication in medical notes that these conditions are related, we have also separated these 3 conditions from your previous claim in December for collapsed trachea. We always want to do everything that we can to make sure that coverage is applied fairly and appropriately per the expertise of your trusted veterinarian. So, over December and March I have paid about a $1000 in vet bills and nothing is recoverable because it's going against condition deductibles. Disgusting.

Embrace is undoubtedly the VERY BEST PET INSURANCE

Every visit to our Vet at Clayton Animal hospital for my puppy Karlee has been covered promptly. The staff are exemplary. Always couteous,caring and extremely helpful. Their insurance coverage is very comprehensive and includes a wellness plan that covers $650.00 with zero deductible. Wellness covers grooming, immunizations, flea and tick medications just to mention a few. The sickness and accident plan is second to none! Low deductible with 90% coverage. The reimbursement is easy and extremely fast. They even do direct deposit into your bank account! You will never get better service. I have been with Embrace since June 2016 and love them.

Will not pay you

We have had 24 hour petwatch insurance for 5 years. They were ok at first, but this past year has been very frustrating. Our dog had back surgery back in August at which time we submitted our claim. They approved our claim and said they would mail us the $500 check. It is now 7 months later and we have not yet received a dime from them. Every time we call they say they have mailed the check but somehow we didn't get it. They have claimed to have mailed us 3 separate checks now, none of which we have received. The last check they said they mailed FedEx with a tracking number, however, when we call no one can find the tracking number. When asking to speak to a supervisor, they say the "supervisor" is always busy and will call us back within 24 hours. Yet we never receive a call. So frustrated by this company, I would not recommend them to anyone. As someone above stated, their philosophy has become "If we ignore or resist you long enough you'll just go away, keep on paying the premium and we can keep the money."

Best decision we made after adopting our puppy

We have a puppy that likes to get into things and is allergic to a lot of foods, just like everyone else's puppy, and so we decided it might be a good idea to get insurance at the end of the year last year. And sure enough Lucy, got sick 2 times in a matter of 2 weeks and had lots of vet visits and medicine and treatment. Without insurance it would have been a nightmare financially. The ease of making claims digitally and the speed in which it is processed is mind boggling. Maybe ASPCA should take over all healthcare! Also the personal follow up on Lucy was the cherry on top. Thanks!
