I had my first claim with ASPCA this month for my 9 year old dog, Sophie. She had dental problems. The vet submitted the bill and I was paid less deductible within 2 weeks. I did nothing; was so simple. Best pet insurance I've ever had. All others were such a hassle. You had to send every vet visit for the life of the dog for every claim, even though they already had those prior records. Took months to get paid. 10 stars for ASPCA

The best insurance
So happy I choose Embrace for my kitties. Sasha suffered from kidney failure early this year. Thank God for the good treatment and for Embrace covering it. The whole process : submitting claim , processing time, payment is smooth.I ve never had problems being reimursed.

Easy on-line claims processing and tracking. Like the personal attention and they show a real interest in my dogs well-being.

Awesome customer service
I recently signed up for Nationwide Pet through my employer (who used a benefits administrator). After a series a false start dates our benefits administrator gave me the start date of 07/01. I began scheduling appointments for my puppy. On 0629 I received a cancellation notice. After my benefits admin made a mess of things, I called Nationwide who saw the problem and corrected it. The rep that I spoke with was professional and knowledgeable and he did exactly what he said he was going to do. No surprises.I can finally start filing claims.

AWESOME INSURANCE
ASPCA is excellent health insurance for my dog. Claim forms are easy to submit and Customer Service is a pleasure to work with. Well worth the money. I wish my health insurance was as good as they are.

Choosing Embrace was the best decision i made!
Embrace has helped me and my doggo focus on the important things in life, such as cuddling and playing. Embrace makes paperwork simple and they offer extremely affordable coverage. Also, their customer service representatives are very quick to respond and strive to create an individualized experience.
When i first adopted Ryder, i would have never imagined him having a serious medical issue. Without Embrace, I would have never been able to afford his overnight visits to the emergency hospital and any vet visits due to the bouts of acute pancreatitis he suffered from. And this is why i say choosing Embrace is a no brained, without them, Ryder wouldn't be here today.

Good so far!
We've only had the insurance for a couple months, but so far it's been great! Our dog had a bout of severe vomiting very soon after it took effect. The process for filing the claim was pretty easy. We met our deductible and were refunded 90% of the amount over our deductible. We got the check pretty quickly, and an ASPCA rep called to check in.
I know from some friends who also have it who are dealing with canine cancer right now that there is a cap on how much they will pay out, so be aware of that.

ASPCA pet insurance have been great
We have had ASPCA pet insurance for a number of years. This past year Edward has developed a hyperactive thyroid and mild renal failure. He has been on some expensive antibiotics as well as Felimazole for his thyroid. If it were not for his ASPCA insurance, our wallets would be a lot emptier. We also appreciate the timeliness with which the ASPCA insurance process claims.

Pretty Darn Good
Very nice company to work with. Easy to submit claims. I need to call regarding a part of my claim that was not covered,and they re-processed it very fast. Peter was very nice to work with.
