I have a dog that has had many issues unfortunatley. I don't know what we would have done if we didn't have Embrace. There staff is always pleasant and helpful when I need to call them.

I never thought i would need this insurance, however I was very thankful to have it when my kitty started getting weaker and weaker. After many tests and many appts. with specialists, I filled out the paperwork and sent it all in and after they confirmed all info, I was sent my reimbursement checks, pretty much hassle free.

It is a no brainer, we have filed 10 claims on our pet, Dewey and not one has been turned down or questioned. The staff is excellent and seem to care about your pet. After Dewey's last surgery, we were reimbursed before his stitches were even removed. Now that is what I call service. We have enrolled Dewey since we adopted from the local pound at 3 months old. Our last dog vet bills were outrageous because he was diagnosed with Cushings Disease at the age of 7 and had to have medications for the rest of his life at a cost of $120.00 a month. (Boo-boo lived to be 18 years and 9 months, never expected that.) Every pet from now on will be insured with Healthy Paws, it's a decision we have never regretted. Don't delay and check them out, you won't regret it.

Pet's Best is excellent when it comes to the claims process. Little Bear (my Schipperke) has been with Pet's Best since she joined our family in 2009. Their claims process has become so simple, everything online and the payment/explanation is processed in just a few days. I love Pets Best, we travel 5 months a year and I can submit my claims anywhere, including Alaska, in a quick and easy fashion. Pet's Best gives me confidence that Pet's Best will cover most of my precious Little Bear's illnesses/accidents costs.

I'm glad to at least get part of my vet bills back!!! Before, I had to pay everything!!! Of course, premiums have to be paid, but they come monthly and the monthly outlay is easier to handle than ONE BIG bill!!!

The premiums are reasonable and they are very timely to collect payment or to provide a quote to add a pet. On the flip side of receiving payments for the coverage you are paying for; poor communication, slow roll the payment process, and little ability to provide believable information on the status of a claim.

Our dog was in Vet Hospital for 2 nights, Trupanion made the billing process easy and simple with email updates on the billing process. The service Trupanion gave was great. I would highly recommend, and have to several friends with new pets, this insurance company.
