Surgery for spaying female dog.

Our dog had a torn ligament in his left leg. Three years ago, he had the same issue with the right leg. Because we have PetsBest, we could afford to have this repair completed, and our dog is VERY happy again to be a part of our family. I also learned how to better file a complete claim and that made the procedure much quicker than our first claim three years ago. When the claim is filed, it is important to have the Dr.'s report included with the receipt, as this saves time.

Pets Best insurance is outstanding and they are very liberal filling out claims. I wish I had it instead of Medicare. John

When our dog managed to get into a purse and eat a pack of gum at 9 PM one evening, we immediately took a trip to the emergency vet. While I was concerned for him and his wellbeing, I never once was worried over the cost of taking care of him. The claim process was easy and I was reimbursed quickly.

Our dog Jasper suffered a traumatic degloving injury to his tail. He had many surgeries and procedures and many visits to the Vet. ASPCA insurance covered a ton of the expense and they also called to check in and see how Jasper was doing and called when our reimbursements were sent in. They care so much, they are knowledgeable and easy to contact. Despite how difficult it has been to get through Jasper's injury and treatments they have been a great support both financially and emotionally and that has helped so much. Very impressed with all involved.

I have been with Healthy Paws for 4 years now. I would like everyone to know that Healthy Paws does EXACTLY what they tell you they will do. They have NEVER wavered, given me any grief, tried to wiggle out of any coverage, since I first signed up with them. I have two dogs that developed lifetime, life-threatening illness after they were already covered by Healthy Paws. This company not only covered the initial expenses related to these illness, (and they were VERY expensive), but they have also covered the continuing monthly expenses for EACH dog as well. Never have they deserted us in our time of need, or made it difficult for me to file a claim and receive payment. Without them standing by their policy it would be monumentally difficult to continue the medical treatments these dogs need as they are EXTREMELY expensive. I thank them everyday and can not say enough good things about them!!! Anyone who covers their dogs with this company can rest easy knowing if their dog or cat should become ill, even with an ongoing, lifetime illness, Healthy Paws will be there for them!! I have had insurance for my dog Gracie for five years and I will admit, there were times I wondered if I wasn't throwing my money away. But I kept the insurance because I didn't want to face the day when I had to choose between finances and my dogs health. That day unfortunately did come recently and Healthy Paws did exactly what they said they would, they reimbursed 90% of very expensive procedures, without questioning or trying to avoid payment like many insurance companies do in your time of need. They check in on Gracie and generally care about the well-being of your pet. I highly recommend this company for Pet Insurance.
