Trupanion has saved our dogs life. Diagnosed with a fatal if not treated pancreatic disorder at the age of 3 we were blindsided. Muffy is on medication for the rest of her life and Trupanion is the only reason we are able to manage her disease financially. So simply she is alive and happy because of Trupanion.

Filed two claims so far. Most everything has been covered. Submit online. Got a nice check back both times. Been happy with the insurance.

Embrace was there for my Goldendoodle when she returned from a week of boarding at a kennel. She was returned to me with goopy eyes, of coarse, the kennel said it was just a hair in her eye. Not So!! I have had ASPCA for a while now, and they have been great with all of my pets. Their cover ages are great, and they have been very quick to process all the claims.

When i needed to make a claim, Trupanion was right there, no excuses. Just a lot of caring to answer my questions and resolve my issue. Everything is always explained to me and the employees at Trupanion want to help you. My 3 yorkies are everything to me, I want a insurance company that is there for me in the event of any illness or emergency.

My chihuahua is a very unlucky guy and had 2 completely unrelated life threatening incidents in the span of 6 months. First, he had a bowel distorsion that resulted in him having to undergo an anastamosis. Then, 6 months later, he had a stroke. His vet bills totaled to over 15K, and I ended up having to pay only 5K of that. ASPCA paid out both times in under 2 weeks. The only issue I would say is that they don't pay the full vet bill, but rather pay 'reasonable coverage' based on costs within a certain area. Their monthly rates, deductible, and coverage percentage are so much lower than other companies, that it still works out to be cheaper, however.
