I choose this rating because signing up for Trupanion for my pets was so easy. The process and also the information was such that I understood what I was reading. It was also very easy to adjust the deductible to what my family needed.

I only filed a claim because the representative over the phone encouraged me to.
I only filed a claim because the representative over the phone encouraged me to. I really didn't need to do it other than to establish a history of whatever my pet was experiencing. As a result, I didn't need to get the 5000 resulting emails. I wish there was a way to submit something that's not a claim but a history of a condition in case it exacerbates.

I have been satisfied with your services and updates. My only wish is that you would send a hard copy of my policy listing coverages and exclusions etc. as I do not have a computer and do not have a copy machine. I have an ipad only.
