Great Company--Great workers!
I received a notice that the company was going to increase my billing by almost 50%(!!!) and started looking elsewhere. However, throughout my search I decided to contact the company to see if they could help, and boy am I glad I did! I did a live chat with Kendra C. She was awesome! Not only did she upgrade me to an unlimited coverage plan, but she helped me regain control over the cost. In addition, I got sidetracked and had to step away from the chat window for almost two hours. When I re-started, there she was! She even said if I hadn't gotten hold of her in the next hour, she was going to call to make sure I got my questions answered and my coverage changed.
Claim-wise, my puppy fell in a crevice mid-jump and broke her hind leg. Not only that, but she needed surgery, rehab and lots of drugs to keep her quiet during recovery. Pets Best was great. They paid claims on time and in full, there wasn't ever an argument over what was covered, and I appreciated the professional nature of their service reps when I had to call with questions from the Vet.

Bladder Stone
Back in 2015, my oldest cat, Guinness developed a stone in his bladder. Being a 13 yo cat, I was quite worried about him having surgery. He came thru like a trooper and has done well. Then earlier this year (2017) he had some calcification in his kidney and had to have an ultrasound. Everything turned out well. Guinness is on a special diet and has to take medication. Not having to worry about the bill during the first surgery only left me to worry about my little guy. ASPCA insurance gives me a great sense of security.

Can't imagine not having it!

Embrace is WONDERFUL
Excellent coverage. Claims submission and processing is very smooth. Customer service is excellent. Considering that you work with them during very stressful times, they truly make your life easier. I've had Embrace for all my 4 kitties for over 7 years now and I was always very happy with the overall service. Because of them I was able to offer my kitties the best medical care. And save their lives.

Peace of mind & Easy process
I was laid off two days prior to Maggie's ( my Chihuahua-Terrier mix) surgery to remove a mass. I had submitted a pre approval form and was told the mass removal was covered under her policy. I went ahead with the surgery not completely trusting Embrace and terrified that when I submitted the claim I would get the run around.
The surgery went fine and Embrace paid exactly what was covered and communicated to me. No run around! What a relief!
