I love Pets Best and tell everyone to get pet insurance with this company.

The rep wasn't able to solve problem but helped me get right things in order to have a claim denial reviewed.

This was extremely easy and the money refunded was the exact amount I thought and it came with a thoughtful explanation of why each cost was refunded or not refunded.

Until My Pet's Best Policy, if my Fur Baby got sick, I either had to wait, or just hope he got better. Now at least He has the same coverage I do myself.

I have had problems in the past with my other cat and your representative at the vet and communications with the vet clinic person dealing with your representative. For that reason, I am not sure if I am for or against the company yet, but i hope to find that pet insurance is not a scam and does work for my other cat who is currently in your system. The jury is still out. I would say that the people at the vet clinic need better training on how your system works and how to deal with claims, as it often seems like i have to tell many people what i think they need to do, before they do it. If insurance continues to cover my pet's claims once i have finished paying my deductible, then i will have more positive things to say. For now, it is still me paying out of pocket.

Everytime I contact or interact with this company it goes beyond my expectations. I refer this company to people in the dog community all the time. Amazing staff and customer service.

After we lost our Saint Bernard to a serious illness we rescued our Rory from someone who didn't exactly treat her the right way. Turns out, Rory has some problems! Due to our coverage we were able to avoid financial ruin/sending a 3 month old dog to her 5th home. From preventative care, getting spayed and some emergency situations (she loves eating remote controls, shoes and books while we are working) Rory is taken care of. We can confidently get her the care she needs while knowing that we won't go broke trying to help her.
