Easy Process
This is the first time i get pet insurance. I cannot say how convenient, easy, and quick they are. I am glad my dog is protected since vet services have to be paid out of pocket. My dog had a previous mast cell tumor and that cost me money and it was difficult to pay for. Having pet insurance is more affordable. Since my dog was clear of the tumor for over 180 days, the next time he had it he was covered. I got reimburse really quick.

Peace of mind
I appreciate having affordable insurance for Winnie, so I don't have to worry about the cost for her care. My recent claim was paid promptly, and I got a follow-up call from a rep to ask if Winnie was better.

Reneges on contract after the fact
Filed a claim because my cat ate some plastic from a brush. Had to take the cat to the vet and spent a night at the hospital. A month after I filed the claim finally get an email that my cat now has a pre existing condition and will not be covered for pretty much anything. Apparently eating plastic in 2017 was predicted in 2015 when he had a cold.

Amazing!

caring, compassionate, efficient staff
I couldn't be happier with ASPCA. They clearly care so much about animals and people too.
Their process is quick and the follow up is amazing; and if ever there is a need to talk to the staff there you will always reach a kind person who will first of all ask how your pet is doing. They understand how this is a family member they are inquiring about. With the cost of healthcare, ASPCA is a tremendous help.

Best Dog pet (Dog) ever
We did not have pet insurance on our 1st Newfee, we were talked out of it by breeder and vet. Kept hearing they take your money and always find ways to not pay claims. Our 1st Newfee had major medical problem at 8 months, one emergency surgery and one scheduled surgery all within 24 hours, total of bills over $10,000+. Fellow Newfee people told us about Embrace Pet Insurance so when number two came along we went with Embrace and we are so happy we did. They pay what they say they will pay in your insurance contract plain and simple. GREAT PET INSURANCE.

Customer service always is super responsive and helpful. You can tell each person really wants to help you!
Furthermore I think the terms of the insurance are straightforward and understandable.

Dependable
They cover what they outline they will cover in the plan without a hassle. They are quick and reliable. I am so glad I have my canine insured. It gives me peace of mind and allows me to get him the best care possible.

Embrace is the best!
We never dreamed our Pushkin Boxer would suffer so many illnesses. Fortunately we enrolled with Embrace Pet insurance shortly after adopting him, and did so at the suggestion of our vet. Embrace has been GREAT and an economic savior! Claim after claim that we submitted were handled quickly as were the payments back to us. I HIGHLY recommend Embrace Pet insurance to ALL pet owners.
