Your insurance is becoming too expensive.

I had received notification that further information was requested for my claim. When I called to figure out what they needed I was in touch with a rep within minutes, I gave them the updated information needed, and after a short convo my claim was processed. I was very impressed with the overall demeanor of the rep I spoke with and just how fast and easy everything was. As long as I have pets I'm sure I'll be a Pets Best customer!

These last claims were a result of a deceased pet. I received many phone calls from the business with offers of help. Though I ended up doing by myself, I was helped by the offer of assistance. Thank you for all your kindness.

The Trupanion rep was such a great help to me and explained everything to me about the status of my claims. I can say that everyone that I have spoken too at Trupanion has always be courteous and polite to me. My 3 babies mean the world to me. Thanks again!

The cost of Vet care is quite high in keeping with the cost of my medical care therefore I firmly believe that if you have pets you should also have pet care insurance.. One should not be in the position to have to put down a beloved pet due to high cost of care. I have lead many friends to consider Trupanion, hopefully some have chosen this important option. Coco our puppy became ill and we took her to the VET immediately for treatment. As it turns out the ASPCA Insurance was able to reimburse us for our bills. Thank you for your service.

My girl had a seizure early one morning, which meant a trip to the emergency vet and a follow-up visit to our regular vet. They referred us to a neurologist, who did an MRI and determined she had a stroke. Having pet insurance allowed me to choose to do testing and treatment without hesitation. I got back over $2,000 on a $2,600 bill from the neurologist, andall in plenty of time to pay off my credit card.

I absolutely love the service Aspca pet insurance provides. Their claim process is fast and easy and they always pick up right away for your calls. I have never waited on hold. I have all FOUR of my babies on my plan with them. (2 cats and 2 dogs)

I don't know what I would do without Trupanion. I always thought pet insurance was some sort of scam, until I adopted a cat a few years ago that came with a free month from the Rescue Group. We adopted this cat (Duke) on the same day we were left with no other choice but to euthanize our precious Nina, a beautiful Himalayan that we had only had for one year. We had never been faced with such a hard decision, making it was awful, living with the choice was awful but adopting Duke was wonderful, and so was the blessing of pet insurance! I have insurance on all 5 of my cats now and it's one of the smartest things I have ever done. I have one cat who had eye cancer, one who had gum disease and needed all of her teeth removed, one who had bladder tumors and needed to have surgery and be in ICU for 10 days, and my youngest/newest addition was just diagnosed as having heart disease and is in heart failure. These are just some of the big expenses that would have been over 20K in the past 4 years. There have been more instances that could have made it really hard to choose what to do, but then again, I always did what I had to to make sure my Dudley (Himalayan cat of 19 years) was taken care of and I didn't have any insurance for him. He has been gone since 2014 and I am still paying off credit cards for his care. So honestly, even if you've got a super healthy pet, that "one time" something goes wrong, I don't want to see you crying over your sick furball and crying over where the money will come from.

I was recommended FIgo by my vet. Figo coverage is more than most pet insurance, and is fairly reasonable. I like the fact that Figo covers exams fees, holistic coverage is inclusive in the price, and offer texting as an option to communicate with customer service. I filed 2 claims and as a novice, the process was so easy. I recommend Figo to all my friends, family,and co workers. I think Figo is by far the best pet insurance out there.
