Reliable, hassle free, with easy claim submission.
I rate ASPCA 10/10 for their timeliness and insurance coverage. My 2 year Pomeranian underwent hernia surgery and all costs where eliageable for refund. I'm extremely satistified with how easy it was for me to submit my claims and receive my percent of refund back. I would defiantly recommend!

Thanks Pets Best!
We took out a Pets Best insurance policy on our new puppy (Ava) shortly after bringing her home. Five years later, Ava was accidentally run over outside of our home. She had to have surgery to put her hips back in place. Thank goodness we had this insurance to help us pay for everything. She's now healing from her surgery and well on her way to a full recovery. Thanks Pets Best!

I am disappointed
I purchased insurance for my pure-bred French Bulldog, Rudi right after I got him and while he was 8 weeks old. I am 100% certain that I had them quote me for a PURE BRED FRENCH BULLDOG. Recently, I had to file a claim for Rudi because he got stung by a bee and had an anaphylactic shock, so we had to go to the ER at 10PM to get him a steroid shot. Anyways, I tried to file a claim with Healthy Paws and although they resolved it rather quickly, at the same time they notified me of the completion of my claim they also let me know that my monthly premium would go up by almost 60$ because apparently they didn't know he was a pure bred Frenchie.... I know for a fact that I did not let them quote me on a mix breed dog and I think it is unheard of that now, after I filed my first claim, they are bumping up my monthly premium. I will be shopping for a different insurance now.

Healthy Paws - Best Pet Insurance
Healthy Paws has been a great company to deal with. They process all claims quickly and are very honest. We almost lost our dog to a poisonous toad. Without insurance, this would have been very expensive and stressful. I highly recommend Healthy Paws. It only takes one major incident to really set you back. The insurance is worth it!

Phenomenal claim experience and customer service.
ASPCA kept up to their promise by processing the claim as soon as possible including the reimbursement. I would anyday recommend ASPCA to any of my friends and families which I have started doing already! :)

THE Best Decision!!
Oliver is a two-year-old Yorkie. He's had general preventive care as well as a few issues with ticks and vomiting. Because of having pet insurance, we don't hesitate to take him to the vet when needed. ASPCA has been wonderful!! It takes literally less than five minutes to file the claim online and then the process time is lightening quick. It is worth every penny! Oliver is one loved dog and this is one of the best ways we to take care of him.

Terrible
I have two rescue puppies and when it came time to filing a claim, it was so unorganized and a joke. They paid for nothing that clearly states in my plan that they do. Also They didn't filing something important and later said it was my fault , when I clearly had a email saying they received it . No one sees to know what the hell was going on and couldn't answer any of my questions. So disappointed in them.

Reliable for taking payments, not much else
Unfortunately, I have had a series with poor experiences with Embrace so far, though I was initially enthusiastic about what they had to offer.
My pets do have pre-existing conditions, but the extent of which Embrace has defined that is unbelievable. My cat that was tentatively (not definitively) diagnosed with IBD to explain a single bout of vomiting, whom had had few incidents with vomiting in the past, was defined as not covered not only for IBD, but for "vomiting" as a PERMANENT condition. Vomiting is not a pre-existing condition, it is a symptom, and I am shocked that Embrace is treating it as the former (I can understand the IBD even though my vet had noted at the time that she wasn't sure my cat had that at all). If a pet is sick, nine times out of ten, something is either coming out one end of the other, and to exclude any and all conditions that include vomiting as a symptom is the most ridiculous thing I've ever heard of.
Embrace did eventually agree to cover one of my cat's surgeries after receiving additional information from my vet re-explaining that she had suffered from an intestinal obstruction (even though this was also explained in the extensive medical notes sent to Embrace at the time of the incident). I was grateful for this, because at the time, it was the only thing I had to show for the $70+/month I was paying for insurance coverage that I wasn't receiving on any of my claims.
However, following that, every claim that comes through for my cat has required varying amounts of hoop-jumping on the part of myself or my veterinarian. Her post-surgery follow up visits were not initially covered citing "no coverage for pre-existing condition of IBD", even though the surgery had nothing to do with IBD or anything related. I was eventually able to get all this resolved by talking to Alissa T, who took the time to not only re-review the most recent claim I was having to dispute, but to go back and look at all the others too after giving me her direct contact info in the case of any more mishaps. She was very helpful and has thus far been the only representative I've spoken to who has been truly responsive and easy to work with (I've had a couple of incidents where I have sent emails to the claims department with questions or concerns and they have just never been responded to).
I have heard good things about Embrace and I hope that I can see these things in action moving forward, as I think that (were I not experiencing all the is
