Got Figo just in time!!!
The vet tech at my vet told me how she insured her dog with Figo, and how great Figo was. I signed my dog Roxie the next day and glad I did. Fifteen days after I signed up, I had taken her to the vet because she swallowed one of my kids toys and trouble breathing afterwards. The bill was 2400. Figo covered 80 percent of the bill as the was the coverage percentage I chose. Relieved. Thanks Figo

Wish I had not gotten this insurance. Going to post this on social media
When buying made it seem like all I had to do was send in receipt and it would be paid asap. Not only is it not asap but they want want medical records sent from the vet for every visit, not just receipt.

Friendly and helpful associates

Exellent service
i have this insurance since i adopted my dogs in 2012. I have cockapoo and other poodle mix. Both of my dogs are senior dogs
Over the years they needed medical help and this insurace was always their to assist in care that otherwise i could not pay for.
This is the best company for me , and my pets.

I looked for the claim form on the AKC PET INSURANCE website but could not find it or any redirect. I just guessed at Pet Partners and called them.

Great Customer Service
While my first claim was initially denied, when I submitted a letter from my dog's cardiologist in appeal, the denial was overturned and her claim was covered. All of the staff I have spoken to on the phone or dealt with via email seem very caring and have been quite helpful. Once we ironed out the confusion over her first claim, subsequent claims have been smooth sailing and paid in a timely fashion. The wellness coverage has been great also.

Non routine examinations
Nothing wrong with the representative but you should reimburse examinations when they are not routine, but sought for specific reasons, reasons of illness.
