When I first signed up I specifically asked the person how often they increased rates to which they replied not often and if they did it wouldn't be by much.

When I first signed up I specifically asked the person how often they increased rates to which they replied not often and if they did it wouldn't be by much. My rate went from $58 to $70 within 2 years. That is a substantial rise and not acceptable.
