I do like Trupanion, but am unhappy with the partial denial of a claim right now especially since it is based off inaccurate information and now I have to spend so much time gathering information to assist in the correction.

I recommend Trupanion every time I get a chance to do so. It is a wonderful company and the staff is not only very professional but very friendly and compassionate. And they are allowed to take their pets to work! I have been a happy customer for 20 years
