Our eight month old puppy broke his leg and then two weeks later required a second surgery. The expense was tremendous but with Nationwide we knew we could seek the absolute best surgeon and veterinary care. Yesterday he had his discharge radiograph and he is on his way to full recovery. We have insured all our pets with Nationwide/VPI for more than 15 years. They have, on EVERY occasion, been there, no questions asked, with fantastic customer services, benefits as promised and seeming genuine care. Our dogs and our family are truly grateful.

I have 3 great plans, I chose the best plan just in case of an accident or sickness, Nationwide has always come through to being on top of all my needs. Anybody that needs a plan this is the one for you. Thank you Nationwide

Excellent service! On my EOB I did have $0.01 not covered due to tax but I can't find any tax on my invoice. May be a quick little typo during the claims process. Otherwise amazing as always!

I filed a claim for the first time on a routine visit for my puppy, Prince. My visit was October 2, 2017 and I received notice on October 10, 2017 that benefits were approved and will be placed in my bank account. His total visit was $134.02 and benefits were paid to me in the amount of $102.30. I can't say how please I am and how comforted I am that Prince will receive good health care due to having insurance. Thank you Pets Best Health Insurance!!!!!

We have the pet wellness/250 deductible/90% reimbursement for our coverage for our bulldog, Dozer. He has had 3 surgeries; (neuter/gastropexy, eyelid, benign tumor removal) in his 1 1/2 years of life, in addition to his regular health check ups and immunizations. This insurance has been fantastic and really saved us in expenses so far. I was hesitant to get insurance for a dog, but in light of having spent thousands on vet bills for our last English bulldog (lived 11 years), my vet strongly recommended it, and we're glad she did.

One of our kitties, Felix, was diagnosed with pyothorax (pus in the body cavity from a cat bite). He was extremely sick and he was in the ER/ICU/trauma unit for 5 days. Having Nationwide insurance was a lifesaver. Our out of pocket costs were minimal once we were reimbursed. Reimbursement usually takes about 4 weeks. Having health insurance on your beloved pet makes it an easy decision to go forward with expensive, life saving procedures, knowing that they are covered. 5 stars for the Nationwide company and their pet insurance! Felix is completely recovered and happy and healthy now.

Both of my pups shared a tube of ointment. My vet took the necessary steps to detox my pups. This was not cheap. After the deductible was covered Nationwide paid the balance of the claim. Nationwide's customer service is #1. I have other Nationwide products as well and I have been very happy with the customer service I have received.

My eight-month-old puppy, Milo ate 10 ears of corn including the cob off of the counter this past weekend. Last week he was bit by another dog leg I'm so grateful for the whole pet insurance that we have.
