Recently, one unseasonably warm winter Saturday afternoon my dog decided to tour my neighborhood on her own. She dug a hole under our fence and escaped. My husband had put her in our backyard while he was busy in the house and I was out running errands. I received a frantic call from my husband when he realized that our dog was missing. I immediately headed home to help him search. While I was en-route to the house I had received a second phone call. This time it was an agent from Nationwide informing me that someone had found our dog. Nationwide provides collar tags for covered dogs, and I always kept it on my dog, so when the person found our dog they called Nationwide and reported it. This service was so instrumental in us getting our dog back, and the fact that it was not complicated to use, made a potentially bad situation non-stressful. Thank you Nationwide!

The ease of claims submissions is very important as a customer and the excellent turn around time on finalizing claims and receiving my reimbursement check is top notch. We unfortunately recently lost one of our pets and Nationwide so kindly sent us multiple communications expressing their sympathy and willingness to assist and answer any questions we may have had. I am extremely pleased with Nationwide and would recommend their products and services in regards to pet insurance to anyone.

Healthy Paws provides outstanding coverage at a reasonable price.

The greatest Pet Insurance Company I have ever dealt with. My one year old German Shepherd (Chloe) fractured a Hock (Ankle). Extensive surgery was needed. Healthy Paws Claims people was most helpful all the times I contacted them. They were generally concerned about Chloe and helping me with the claim process. This day and age all you get is an attitude. You know what I'm talking about! NOT here with Healthy Paws everyone was professional, respectful and most of all caring.

Teddy was diagnosed with heart failure almost two months after I I decided to purchase pet insurance for him. I kept putting it off month after month. I’m so glad I made the decision to protect him. I don’t even want to think about what could have happened if I did not purchase health insurance for him. His veterinarian bills have been very expensive. I could not afford to pay these bills if it wasn’t for ASPCA. ASPCA has continuously paid 90% of all his vet bills and medicines since his deductible was met. They even call to check on Teddy just to see how he’s doing. I would definitely recommend this insurance to all pet owners. They are there for you when you need it the most.
