I really only wish that the vet hospitals/facilities understood the claim process better. It seems like I always have to call the vet office and re-remind them to send in the paperwork. Maybe let a vet technician sign off with a copy of the bill?

I believe Trupanion is very expensive not to mention they continue to raise rates every year.

I believe Trupanion is very expensive not to mention they continue to raise rates every year. I would be beneficial if they were to not raise rates every year. I understand increases are inevitable but every year seems a bit much to me as a customer.
