Nationwide has been wonderful to have to secure our pets health. Customer care has been easy to work with. Submitting claims has been a breeze. It has given us a sense of well being knowing we can cover our dogs medical needs if an emergency arises. I continue to recommend this product to a anyone we know with pets.

Great coverage
I highly recommend getting your pet insurance with Nationwide. They reimburse you very quickly. Never had any problems with the company.

Not unhappy
I found a better company but since my dog has so many past issues with the vet I cannot change or they would all be preexisting. Trupanion does a decent job in covering costs however, so I'm not unhappy.

This product is a good value
I am a new insured customer, with my NEW Puppy Oliver. I just made my first claim & it was such a easy experience. Was handled & completed within 10 days.I am pleasantly surprised. I will tell all my friends that have pets, Nationwide is the way to go. Thanks for EASY.

Questions answered
Questions were answered well but a little bit impatient when asking about the banking information. Not as cheerful as some of the other representatives I’ve talked to (which were honestly a 10)

Excellent customer service
I have called the customer service line several times now and every time I am connected with a great representative. The two women that I spoke to are so helpful and friendly. I have received nothing short of the best of customer service. I am beyond happy with this!

Positive, quick reimbursement
I have to say, I filed my first claim and was really scared in the outcome after reading the negative reviews. I promptly sent in the claim form (via online) with my itemized receipt and they did exactly what they said they would. I wanted to put my positive comment in here to ease the minds of someone that may be feeling nervous filing their first claim.
So far so good!
