What a blessing!
We are first time dog owners, and had heard about how things happen to dogs that you just don't know about. We decided to get insurance and it was the best decision. When Spencer was about 10 months old he started limping. We found out his growth plates closed too early on both legs. He already has arthritis in the left leg, which is the worse one. He needs surgery on both legs, but the left one first. The insurance company covers this. What a blessing! We ended up adopting Spencer's brother and added him immediately to the insurance. ASPCA has been great to work with and it's easy to file the claims on-line with quick reimbursement. Highly recommend.

I felt the person I spoke to did not resolve my issue.
I felt the person I spoke to did not resolve my issue. I just wanted to know why my claims were taking to long as before it only took 5 days before I got my money back. She discovered not have an explanation for it as her answer was vague.
