I’ve been with Trupanion for over 7 years.
I’ve been with Trupanion for over 7 years. Our little Barley has had some unfortunate, expensive issues, but Trupanion has never let us down. Emily was so wonderful in helping me submit invoices for payment. I was so frustrated and could not think straight because I was so worried about Barley. She was very calming and understanding when I really needed it and I really appreciate her help.

My experiences with Trupanion have been very positive.
My experiences with Trupanion have been very positive. Thankfully, Jagger has never had a serious illness or injury to this point and I can only hope this track continues. So I haven't needed to make any big claims and experience how such events and bills would be handled. I gave an 8 only because my knowledge and experience is limited. I'm hopeful and expectant that such an occurrence and claim would be expertly handled and covered to the maximum possible.
