I absolutely love Embrace! It is so easy to file claims and the Wellness plan is awesome since there isn't a set amount a certain procedure. Claims get processed in no time and I get my refund quickly with their direct deposit. The one time a mistake was made on my account, I called and it was taken care of in the same day! Very nice people manning the phones as well. Literally cant say enough good things about Embrace.

I have only been an Embrace policy holder for a short time but I have been impressed by the speed of the Embrace claims process. I would definitely recommend Embrace to other pet owners.

I have had trupanion for at least 7 years and have a dog and cats. I have always gotten great service and they always paid as agreed in a very timely fashion. I have had other pet insurances that were terrible. I recommend trupanion to my friends as well as any vets I have contact with. It is by far the best insurance of any kind I have ever had.

We had 3 labs prior to our current guy Jude and didn’t have pet insurance for any of them. Our yellow lab had a few issues here and there and our vet had recommended we get insurance. I had done some research but didn’t think it was worth the money. I was wrong! He had 3 knee surgeries in the last 2 years and crossed the rainbow bridge in June. We spent close to $15,000 out of pocket to care for him. We enrolled Jude in Healthy Paws Pet Insurance immediately upon adopting him, we knew we couldn’t afford those costs again. Jude recently had an intestinal blockage and needed to have emergency surgery –we would have struggled to pay without the insurance. It was easy to submit the claim, the reimbursement check came quickly and Healthy Paws even checked in to see how Jude was doing. The premium is reasonable and the coverage is excellent. The insurance paid for itself, and then some, with just this one surgery. I recommend it to everyone.

I spoke to Rose. She was most sympathetic to the bad news that I had to deliver that I had o put Jaz down yesterday at the age of 14 years 8 months and 1 day.

Great turnaround for claims and excellent coverage for pets both for wellness and sickness/injury.

I am so thrilled and relieved that Embrace covered a significant portion of my cat's recent dental work. Since routine dental care/dental cleanings are considered Wellness I wasn't sure what to expect. But my cat needed several teeth removed and Embrace helped with those costs. Thank you Embrace!!

Excellent investment. My cat had an urinary tract infection. Which cost me close to a $1000 dollars. 80% was reimbursed! I would strongly recommend you get this insurance. It has given me peace of mind.

Offer the claim form in more options than PDF as that form would not open correctly on my desk top. (But did finally on my phone)
