It has been over 2 weeks since I have submitted my claim, and it has not even been looked at.
It has been over 2 weeks since I have submitted my claim, and it has not even been looked at. This is not a first claim. It is a claim for additional treatment on a prior condition that has already been allowed by Trupanion. I am not happy with the claim resolution time.

I absolutely love everything you do and stand for. I recommend trupanion to everyone I meet who is questioning whether or not to get insurance. My answer is always yes and always trupanion.

Representative was pleasant and professional.
Representative was pleasant and professional. Only disappoint was the representative was unable to read back my bank routing and acct. numbers as I wanted to verify it was correct. I view this as a system issue or failure and not the representatives fault. Otherwise very good.

I have had to contact Trupanion several times about a deductible issue. This has been going on for over a week now with no results. I have been a customer of Trupanion for many many years...way back from when it was Vet Insurance. Very disappointed in how this is being handled right now, especially with the severity of my cats illness and the stress I'm having with this. I need to have Trupanion step up to the plate at times like this, not make things more difficult.

The new receptionist at my vet mis-categorized my dog's vet visit as a re-check on April 11th when it was her monthly acupuncture appointment.
The new receptionist at my vet mis-categorized my dog's vet visit as a re-check on April 11th when it was her monthly acupuncture appointment. My vet has sent Trupanion the corrected invoice but I have yet to even receive confirmation that the claim is being re-opened/re-considered.
