He was right on top of everything and did an outstanding job of making me feel comfortable when I talked about how much I miss my pet. Healthy paws has time and time again proven to be the best choice I have made in my dogs healthcare. My dog was hit by a car a week before my wedding. With the bills already mounting I started to panic. I spoke with Sabrina at healthy paws and she had my claim submitted before I had even picked up my dog from the vet. They covered 90% of my bills and relieved all my stress. From top the bottom the organization cares about its customers and pets. They even sent a hand written get will card :) I highly advice all new pet owners to get pet insurance!

It's such a small monthly amount of which you can set up policy features yourself each month if your budget requires that. With wellness policy that pays for itself with first routine visit everything can be done online and the money spent at the vets office is refunded into my bank account in a matter of just a few days. I have been without this insurance before I knew it's was available and had to face some tough decisions of how I was gonna come up with the money for my vet to perform much needed emergency surgery for my lab who is no longer with us. I now know what ever comes our way my babies are always able to be taken care and treated , and that peace of mind is all thanks to embrace pet insurance policy. I purchased pet insurance through Pets Health Care Plan 11 years ago when my Golden Retriever was a puppy. Unfortunately, my dog started having serious health issues at 13 months of age. Over all she ended up with 4 hip surgeries along with other typical ailments. I can honestly say I don't know how we would have managed without her insurance. I've had to file two claims for my GSD, first was due to an aural hematoma, after my deductible, Embrace sent a check for the overage within the week, it was awesome! We have had to file another claim due to neurological issues my GSD is experiencing. Embrace has been more than helpful with every email I've sent them. They answer your questions to the best of their ability. Their service and response time is exceptional. I tell all of my friends about them.

I'm so glad we have Healthy Paws for our dogs. We recently had a dog that had to stay the weekend at an emergency vet and the bill was close to $2000. We only had to pay $200 and there were no questions asked about our bill. We simply submitted the bill and 15 days later received our reimbursement check. Submitting claims is also a breeze. I highly recommend them.
