The first representative I spoke to did not send me the cancellation email as we discussed. When I called back a manager handled everything for me.

Monthly premiums

Super fast, easy!
Really easy process, super fast, easy 1.2.3!
And made it so much easier for me when my pet needed surgery and i just couldn't afford it. I put it on the CC, and next thing you know, 90% is coming back. I am a happy pet owner and my cat got what she needed. a win/win.

Truepanion can only do as much as they can with the information that they receive from the vet my authorization for my Pat was delayed which I found out it was based on the fact that the final invoice which I have paid in full had not been forwarded to Trupanion Pet Insurance .

A little frustrated
Finding it frustrating lately, we typically have great experiences but lately its been difficult. For example: we are prescribed a probiotic from our vet for allergies and its sometimes covered and sometimes not, and when not we have to appeal it. And the recent claim was a result of allergies but because it was described as the actual thing (cyst) we had to pay a deductible, which seems wrong to me.

Recommend all the time
I can't say enough nice things about Trupanion. They really go the extra mile in giving me peace of mind during the troubled times when my pets are sick. I recommend them all the time when the question comes up in online forums about pet insurance recommendations.
