I Love The Pets Best Process! So...
I love the Pets Best process! So easy and efficient. I have noticed lately, though, that the claims are taking a few extra days to process than they did before. Last year around this time, it seemed Pets Best only took a 3 or 4 day from upload of claim to payment. Now it seems it's taking 6 or 7 days. Not a huge deal, but definitely noticeable.

When our cat became ill,Trupanion was there throughout the whole process from the initial call to the reimbursement of the bill.
When our cat became ill,Trupanion was there throughout the whole process from the initial call to the reimbursement of the bill. Each representative that I spoke to during this time was very caring. They are true to their word.

This Was The First Time I Submitt...
This was the first time I submitted a claim. I was shocked at how smooth and easy it was. My cat was diagnosed with pancreatitis, and I submitted for the tests and treatment that he received. It was all reimbursed according to my plan and expectations quickly and easily. I'm used to fighting with and being constantly frustrated by insurance companies so THANK YOU for making this so incredibly easy.

Submitting a claim is as easy as taking a picture. Knowing PB will review it and issue payments quickly offers an additional level of satisfaction. Having Pets Best Insurance is the best value for taking care of my pup.
