So easy
You folks have made it so easy to enter a claim AND you send the reimbursement so quickly that it often arrives before the vet bill! Love the fact that when we call a real, live, English-speaking person answers the call. I'll never forget that when our dog was a young and tore his ACL, we asked if we could get a second opinion and you said, "Of course!" No discussion, no dispute, just assurance that we were doing the right thing. Thank you.

Peace of mind
Buying Trupanion insurance for my beloved dog felt the same as buying health insurance for myself. It gave me great peace of mind and I knew if anything went wrong, I could afford the best care for my buddy. I did eventually need it and was able to take him to a specialist and get the best care for him. Trupanion has been terrific all through this. When I sent in reimbursement requests, they promptly sent a check. I could not ask for a better partner in caring for my good boy.

Awesome customer service
I have always received awesome customer service from trupanion. Minimal wait times, never been transferred, and any questions or concerns have always been promptly resolved. Plus they always ask how my baby is doing and its the most adorable touch.
