I'm so happy with Embrace and their customer service. Lily is covered 80% and the reimbursement process is painless. I love the direct deposit option and how timely they are with updates on claims!

Best Decision I Ever Made
I don't know what I would have ever done without Embrace Pet Insurance. I have two IG's, sisters from the same litter. Gigi started vomiting, bloody diarrhea, lethargy, fever, etc. I had to take her to three different vets! They did so many tests, including blood work (several kinds), x-rays, ultra sound, etc. She was admitted for dehydration because she stopped eating and drinking. I was so frightened I was going to lose her. The vet bills piled up rapidly and Embrace came through with every single claim...they even expedited my claims so I could get some money back to continue with her care. I don't know what I would have done without them! Thank You Embrace, from the bottom of my heart!

Just signed up yesterday.
The Pets Plus Us rep was wonderful. The package we chose is very comprehensive and complete and we are impressed with the coverages, and support offered. We have not yet had to make a claim. Puppy is only 4 months old. We live in Ontario, Canada.

Love Embrace
I have Embrace for just about a year now and they have been wonderful. I unfortunately had a sick dog who passed away and another one right after. So I went through a lot of money fast. Embrace processed my reimbursements quickly and I had no issues with the claims. Some people complain insurance is a waste because their claims get denied for technicalities but this is not the case with Embrace.

I recommend Trupanion to all of my friends. Extremely easy to submit a claim. Fast processing. You get reimbursed within days. I tell my friends you never want to make a decision about your beloved pets health care based on finances. With Trupanion you have peace of mind that your pet is covered. Thank you for everything you do. My cat's illness would have been so stressful otherwise.
