I submitted a claim for a critical and necessary surgery—our dog had bone exposed. ASPCA Pet Insurance repeatedly claimed they never received the medical records and closed the claim. I resubmitted everything, only to be told it was now a duplicate—and they closed it again. This company is a total FRAUD. I’m cancelling my policy immediately. They cheat American consumers and jeopardize the health of our pets with their shady practices and endless runarounds. ASPCA Insurance, you are a disgrace.
