Rates and deductible are too high.
Rates and deductible are too high. Planning to switch to another plan. Friends and family have other plans and they pay nothing for their dogs visit whereas I pay for everything. This plan is great for a dog who has health issues. Once you realize your dog has no issues then you should switch plans.

Premium cost
The rep. who I spoke with yesterday did not sound at all confident in the information provided to me. It sounded like she was reading off the website and provided no new information. I was enquiring why my cat's monthly fee is going up $26 per month which seems an awful lot. She was not very helpful at all.

Great service
We had actually called in regard to cancelling our insurance due to cost. The representative gave us different options to consider....which allowed financially to continue on with our insurance. Greatly Appreciated the service!
