I deal with a lot of insurance companies in my line of work, this is by far the easiest to deal with!
I'm so happy that I purchased Embrace for my dog! She is the 5th dog I've owned and the first one I purchased pet insurance for. They process the claims very quickly with out giving you a hard time. I've had to use this 2 times in 2 months for surgery on my pets legs. She injured her right leg then 5 weeks later injured the right. She was covered with out any problems. I hope I won't need to use my insurance any time soon, but I know that if I need it I have it. It's stressful enough when your pet is injured, having Embrace really made a difference.

Best pet insurance company ever!
My family adopted a rescue dog (Tux) who developed some health issues. Trupanion gave us fantastic support and continues to do so for his ongoing problems. The Trupanion staff I've been in contact with have been wonderful. All communications are friendly and clear and I just get a sense that the company really cares about our pets. Our previous insurance company never gave me that feeling and let us down completely when our previous dog was sick. Our Trupanion policy for Tux gives me great peace of mind.

I suggest that y'all send an email to someone about not receiving a payment or needing an update on the customers information, y'all should send the customer a confirmation e-mail confirming their payment went thru the 2nd time. Especially if it was due today

Thank goodness for Trupanion!
It’s bad enough to lose a beloved family member, but the thought of dealing with insurance afterwords is terrifying. Well, Trupanion has managed to, yet again, excercise outstanding compassion during the claim process, kept me well informed and made a difficult time a little easier!!

Wonderful experience during a hard situation
I can't say enough how glad I am to have Embrace. Just this year, my dog had a mammary mass surgically removed which turned out to be cancerous. She then had chemotherapy. And then she somehow managed to get a bad corneal ulcer requiring emergency eye surgery. Through all of this, Embrace was wonderful with processing my claims. They did not try to deny anything and even covered things I hadn't expected them to, like the e-collar she was sent home with after surgery. So thankful they are the company I chose for pet insurance.

Best Insurance
Excellent service as usual
Thank you Embrace for continuing to cover the treatment for my Sasha. Without your support I dont know how we could have afford the best treatment after she had the kidney failure. She is herself again after 6 long months of intensive treatment.
Embrace was an amazing help - claim submission it's easy, processing time is short and we never had surprises about coverage and what they say they'll cover, they did!

Terrible customer service
I have had the insurance for 3 months, and the customer service has been atrocious. Getting insurance coincided with quite a few vet visits. I have filed 3 claims over these months, and the first one took over a month to process. The other two still haven't been processed (it's been almost 2 months since I filed one of them). When I've emailed them, it has often taken 4+ days for them to respond. Over text as well, they have been super slow to respond. And let's not even mention chat, sometimes I click to connect and it takes over 30 minutes for a rep to respond. I hope the coverage will be fine, but so far it's been super frustrating dealing with them.

I can't put into words how truly grateful I am to Trupanion. I have insurance for nearly three years and never once had to use it. But when I needed them they came through in a big way. There was no hassle with the claim. While at the vet it took only 3 minutes to get my approval. Finding out that my cat needed surgery was scary enough without thinking about the financial burden. After I knew I was covered it quickly turned my attitude around. Thank you all very much for doing your part to take care of my, Zoe.
