Nothing submitted has been covered and we got blasted by the 30 day grace period that we weren't really paying attention too when we took our new puppy to the vet because of itchy paws.

Only to come to find out that had we waited 2 more days, which we would have, then he would have allergy coverage for life. And now, he can never have an allergy claim submitted. We are thinking about cancelling the policy.

The amount of money you charge is absolutely insane.
The amount of money you charge is absolutely insane. I pay just as much for my 2 dogs as I do for my whole families health insurance. And I’ve n never once submitted a claim. Insanity. I’d be better off putting the money I put into this insurance into an envelope God forbid there’s an issue. Very disappointed.

Trupanion gave us an opportunity to give our dog a chance.
Trupanion gave us an opportunity to give our dog a chance. We were able to make decisions knowing we had extra resources (i.e financial) and the genuine concern of people we didn’t know (the Trupanion staff). The process was efficient and hassle-free. After this experience, I can honestly and personally endorse Trupanion. Probably the best decision we’ve ever made for our pet!
