Trupanion was amazing to deal with through our dogs recent emergency. The customer service reps we spoke to were so kind and helpful, and prompt in getting us information. The whole claims process was straightforward, and we were amazed how quickly our claims were processed. The coverage was also wonderful, and exactly as it is stated in our policy booklet - no surprises. Super impressed with Trupanion and grateful that we had their support during a very stressful time!
