While this happened nearly 2 year ago, it still brings a lump to my throat at what "could have been." Our dog Mocca -- at the time a 9 month old puppy -- managed to slip her collar and run out into traffic. Tracking and review of claim with updates is very helpful. Would be nice to get a discount for referrals for new members who join.
