My soon to be 3 year old Olde English Bulldog has had not 1 but 2 TPLO surgeries. Very costly procedures. Trupanion paid my claims quickly and reached out directly to providers with questions. The Customer Service Team is also very helpful and caring. Great company! Great customer service!

My pup had a back issue
My pup had a back issue. One morning I lifted him off my bed and he just stood and looked at me and couldnt move...I took him right away to the animal hospital and they performed varriou xrays and kept him overnight. Before they took the pictures and did the they got approval from you and you were quickly responded so when I picked him up two days later all the financial issues had been settled. When one is worried sick about a pet, it is nice to know Trupanion reacts so quickly andgives youone less worry to have.

Why every pet should have insurance.
At 19 months old our French Bulldog, Diva, began having seizures. As scary as this was and continues to be Trupanion has been awesome every step of the way. Claims are easy to submit and processed quickly. With Trupanion we can focus on Divas health and not worry about the medical costs. The only negative comment is that premiums increased after only one year of coverage. But we still highly recommend Trupanion.

Trupanion is always there for us no matter what time day or night when we need them. Also, like the Trupanion express that a few of the vets have implemented into their system so that the payments are directly paid to the vet and approved within 20 minutes.
