We wanted to use ASPCA health insurance because we are gold members since we donate every month and thought why not use them to insure our pet but ever since we started it’s been like we don’t even have insurance. We get reimbursed little to nothing back because they claim nothing is covered under our policy and it’s almost impossible to get someone on the phone even pre-COVID to dispute these claims once they are processed which takes over a month to begin with. If you have to take your pet to the vet frequently or have pre-existing conditions (and even if you don’t they’ll claim you do) I would find another insurance.

Life saver!
Having our world get thrown into a pandemic has been very stressful on its own, then our furry family member injured her leg.. we are five weeks in after tplo surgery, and are extremely thankful trupanion has our backs.. they have brought us peace of mind.. and given our girl a chance to live a normal life again with us..:)
