I must adThey are always extremely helpful
I must admit this has more to do with the people when I call with questions They are always extremely helpful and the fact that they can understand and speak English it makes the whole conversation flow that much easier. As far as the insurance. I hate that it is 3x what it was when we first got it. Especially when we were promised it would not increase. My health care doesnt increase as much as this does. But overall happy to have the insurance and that you pay the claims in a very timely manner. Most helpful.

My vet submitted claim
My vet submitted claim and someone from Trupanion contacted me that the claim was accepted. Once my dogs surgery was over, the cheque arrived quickly.
