Trupanion is an amazing pet insurance company that actually care for its customers. Phoning them means talking to somebody right away and getting the answers you need. Prices are very fair and allow for great flexibility when comes to deductibles - which are fully tailored to your needs.

The representative we spoke with was the most professional, patient, informative, kind, awesome person we have ever had. He made us feel like we were speaking face to face and answered all of our questions with tons of knowledge. He should be training customer service reps all over the country and get a raise.
