7 years ago when I 1st signed up Trupanion was awesome.. I had a low premium and low deductible .. the premiums started to rise so I had too raise the deductible.. the premium is being raised yet again which tripled what I originally paid when I fist signed up.. my dog is almost 8 years old now and I feel that I got stuck with an over priced insurance.. I am extremely unhappy and I all not recommend Trupanion at all to any of my friends or anyone for that matter..it is a shame that insurance companies have to take advantage of people.. I all 100% never use Trupanion again!!!!

Bethany was honestly the nicest, friendliest person I’ve gotten to deal with as a company rep. She was also very knowledgeable about my policy & not only answered my questions, but explained the language of the policy that was confusing to both me & my vet.

I have been very happy to have pet insurance with Trupanion. They have ben very fair and truly helpful for us in preserving the high quality of life for our two dogs.

So far you haven’t settled a claim for Flint. To top it off premium went up. Not too pleased with that aspect. Guess you’re just there for “catastrophic” coverage.
