Company has gone downhill
I’ve been with Fetch -Petplan for over a decade but for some reason just recently they changed the way they handle claims. My dog has been very sick and I’ve had to take her to the vet a couple times a week. Fetch has a convoluted way of handling claims. One of my claims was broken down into 5 separate claims and when I did the math to see how much I should be reimbursed it was way off from what I was actually paid. I spoke to a supervisor and they also noticed mistakes so they sent it back to claims. I had to wait 4 weeks for it to be reimbursed and it still seems wrong. I called customer support and they also said it’s not clearly explained how they came up with a random number to reimburse me so she downloaded documentation on her end and emailed it to me. Now I have to download and print out all of the documentation that is not listed in my account online and try to figure out how much I should be reimbursed. It’s been a total nightmare and not what I really wanted to have been dealing with while caring for a sick elderly dog in the middle of a pandemic.

Ease of insuring
I have not used Many Pets insurance/wellness as of yet, but the ease of signing up was encouraging. I am looking forward to the same response when I need to use it. Thank you

Fetch has literally been a lifesaver!
If I didn’t have Fetch insurance I would not be able to care for my three senior cats as well as I am able. One has a heart murmur and sees a cardiologist every 3 to 6 months. One has two vertebrae that are pinching a nerve that caused lameness until we got him in acupuncture. All three are on various meds and now all three are getting acupuncture. Fetch has made it possible to keep all three of my kids at the best they can be for their age. Zander and Oliver are ragdolls, brothers and 19. Cleo is a tuxedo kitty we found 17 years ago. Other than the deductible there has been nothing that Fetch has not covered. The claims process is so easy. I recommend Fetch to anyone with a pet. It has literally been a lifesaver.

glad I have it ......my dog went blind…
glad I have it ......my dog went blind from diabetes and they covered surgery to get sight back all but 10% ...cost 4500..they even cover medicine ,,great service,you get the $$ fast,,

Pet Insurance is a Great Decision
Deciding to insure my pet with Petplan/Fetch was a great decision for me! My sweet cocker spaniel, Hamilton, has suffered with allergies his whole life, but having insurance has made it possible for me to afford both food supplements and cytopoint shots to keep his allergies at bay. It has also proven invaluable for other problems he has encountered along the way. The premiums do increase very year, but I still recommend insurance to everyone I know that loves a pet.

Easy claims process and fast reimbursement
Fetch has an online app so all i have to do is upload the receipt and the medical record if i have it. The reimbursement is surprisingly prompt.

Fetch is behind the times as far as pet…
Fetch is behind the times as far as pet insurance goes. No whole wellness program available, basically it's just for major health issues. Instead of changing the name from Pet Plan to Fetch, they should have spent those marketing $$ to offer better plans for customers.

Highly Recommend
My oldest dog has 2 chronic conditions that both developed in 2016. PetPlan, now Fetch, has been there for us every step of the way, and without them, I don't believe Conner would be turning 13 in a little over a month because they make the level of care he's currently getting possible. Recently, the turn around time for claims from submission to payment has only been 2-3 days, which is incredible! I so appreciate that Fetch covers alternative care, which has been a gamechanger for Conner's severe arthritis. Even though premium payments do go up significantly as the dog ages, I still highly recommend Fetch for their excellent customer service, fantastic no-hassle coverage, and prompt reimbursement.
