Although the pet insurance specialist could not specifically guarantee coverage for my pet's recent health emergency, she was very professional and courteous and able to answer all of my other concerns.

I have been so pleased with Trupanion over the years. The representatives are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Claims are processed quickly and easily. It may not be the least expensive insurance, but it was the best I found when doing my research. The fact that they don’t use a usual and customary fee chart and that you can decide your deductible and percentage covered were the deciding factors when I initially chose the insurance. But after having it for years now, I can say that their manner of doing business is very customer friendly and most importantly, pet friendly. They give me peace of mind when it comes to treating my pet, which you simply can’t put a price tag on.
