I have had Embrace Insurance for my pets for several years and have been more than happy with the experience.

I’ve used other pet health insurance companies recommended by veterinarians but Embrace is the best.

Easy to sign up on-line or 7/24 customer service support. Benefits appear to cover most things but you never know until the dog gets sick! I have just signed the puppy up but I will be back when I have had an experience.

Getting a dog can be one of the most joyful experiences in life, but sometimes the expense can cause some worry and stress. I decided that with my new goldendoodle, I would enroll her in an insurance program so that I can take the best possible care of her without having surprise expenses wreck my budget and cause me stress. When I researched, most companies did not offer anything in the line of preventive care. That's when I discovered Embrace! They have a healthy rewards program. It's like putting money aside for preventive care. Only I am not disciplined enough to do that, so the extra I pay each month for the healthy rewards comes right back to me when I get her shots, checkups, grooming, etc. It really works for me! Also, Embrace is very timely in getting my money back into my bank account. It's totally worth it!

I have a cancer-only policy for my greyhounds. Two of them were diagnosed with osteosarcoma (bone cancer) within a 2 month period. Pets Best was exceptionally helpful, kind, compassionate and efficient. They helped me through a process that I imagined would be difficult - it was actually very straightforward to submit my claim.. I was grieving the loss of my two boys and they made the process of reimbursement very hassle-free. I also felt that they were extremely considerate and caring. They genuinely wanted to help me . Very impressed and pleased, and I've added coverage for our 2 new greyhounds.

I haven't purchased pet insurance in the past (Luckily never had the need). With my new puppy last year, I decided to purchase insurance after hearing horror stories from friends and coworkers about their vet bills. Unfortunately, my puppy suffered a couple illnesses and eventually an injury in his first year. Fortunately, ASPCA Insurance was right there with us through it all. I HIGHLY recommend getting pet insurance.

Our dog Riley had to undergo tests for a possible neurological disorder. Throughout the entire ordeal the folks at Pets Best were caring, understanding, and truly professional. Claims were paid within a matter of days. But what amazed me the most was how these folks really cared about what we were going thru. I'll always recommend this company to any pet owner. What a fantastic staff of caring professionals.
