I was double-y distraught and didn't have the will to call and let Trupanion know Jackie had passed. I knew I would burst out in tears. A few months later, I gathered the courage and called Trupanion. The Customer Service Rep was so caring, kind and understanding. He immediately cancelled my policy and refunded the payments I had made since Jackie had passed. He then sent me a link to file the claims, which I did. I have always had an excellent experience with Trupanion and this last experience just cemented my loyalty. My pets will always have Trupanion coverage and I will always recommend them to anyone who has a pet.

My veterinary hospital is able to submit my receipt directly to Trupanion and almost before I was home I had already received an email on my claim.
