I filed a claim - never really filed a claim before and on 2500 bill for emergency services received $179 back. I will take my chances on my own - cancelling my insurance. Btw I have always only posted positive reviews have never wanted to hurt a company,

Trupanion: the best decision I ever made for my pups!
Trupanion has been there 100% for our dogs through the years. I started my first policy with them 14 years ago and many thought I was wasting my money getting dog insurance. Boy were they wrong. If you love your pets, buy this insurance!
Both our dog and our cat are insured with Trupanion. Considering that both have had what would have been catastrophic vet bills from unexpected illnesses, we don't know what we'd have done without Trupanion. Faced with a 15k vet bill for our dog who was diagnosed with hepatitis, we may have had to put her down. Thank you Trupanion for saving our dog's life! Her condition is now managed and we will have her hopefully for several more years.
