Excellent coverage and service
Trupanion coverage has been excellent. I was able to get an estimate in advance of my dog's surgery right at the vet's office. They covered their portion after the deductible. While we wait for biopsy results I am grateful I do not have to worry about coverage if additional treatment is needed.

Incorrect payments
I was told multiple times that I had exceeded my annual limit when in fact I had not. I wasted 2 hours of my time telling adjusters how to do their job. Luckily I work in the insurance industry. I was owed way more than what I received. It eventually did get fixed, after 2 hours of phone calls and 5 days later.

Embrace makes keeping my dogs healthy very easy. Take them to the vet, submit your claim and get a refund on most of the cost within a few days. The customer support if efficient and friendly. You can call them with questions and they answer, unlike a lot of insurance places. I would highly recommend them to everyone.

I am so grateful I had Pumpkin Pet Insurance when my dog needed X-rays. The vet bill was much higher than I expected, but having my pet insurance took all the financial stress away. The process was incredibly smooth. The vet's office handled submitting the claim for me, and before I knew it, the reimbursement was deposited directly into my checking account. The speed of the payment was a huge relief. This positive experience meant I could focus entirely on my dog's recovery without worrying about how I was going to pay the bill.
