There are better companies out there
I got the wellness plan for the dental cleaning coverage, which is really the only way paying the monthly premium makes sense. The denied my claim, despite the fact that it's covered, claiming that because there was a 25$ extraction it wasn't included in wellness. This wasn't mentioned anywhere in my policy. I never had this issue with lemonade.

I looked at other pet insurance before…
I looked at other pet insurance before finally choosing Pumpkin. It offers great coverage and a wellness option (that I also purchased) at a fair price. Health-care costs are expensive for pets as well as people so having insurance is a no-brainer. For my puppy, Pumpkin was the right choice. My daughter has Pumpkin as well for her cat.

Pets BEST - for sure !
It's not called Pets Best for nothing.......this is the first pet insurance we have had, though we have had lots of animals up to now. I was a little nervous signing up, paying the premium and wondering if it would be work it but I have to say that I am really glad I did, Pet's Best customer service is absolutely FANTASTIC ! Also I love the ability to speak to a vet / vet tech via WhiskerDocs, re any issues I need to discuss about my pup. That is a big plus for me too. Thank you!

Fairly new to pet insurance, but I give Metlife an A+ for services I’ve received so far. Their online portal as well as the mobile app are some of the easiest online options I have used. I found the response time for my claims very acceptable. I had my refund in two or three days and the document upload was very simple to do thank you MetLife

Prompt and efficient service.
Pumpkin insurance is a wonderful resource for pet owners. The customer service representatives I communicated with were super helpful and friendly and able to find all the information I needed. In addition, pumpkin provides extremely pumped and efficient service. When your greatest concern is the health of your pet the last thing you want to do is fight through red tape to get to the resources needed to help them. Pumpkin makes it easy to get what you need to keep your pet healthy.
