Awful & unethical company
This is a terrible, horribly unethical company. They will accept your pet for pet insurance, you will diligently pay your dues, and once you submit a claim- suddenly they will require additional historical information from your previous vets, that may or may not respond with the appropriate Drs notes, and your claim will then be denied. So, in my case, I have spent upwards of $1800 over two years - for nothing. I highly encourage those to look elsewhere for pet insurance, so you are not stuck in my situation.

I love trupanion
I love trupanion. i am retired on a fixed income so my premium is incorporated in my monthly personal expenses. without trupanion I would have had to euthanize my dog in 2 different circumstances - so having trupanion has literally saved her life

Brand new to pet insurance
Brand new to pet insurance. Researched several companies and felt Fetch was the best choice for us based on reviews and coverage. Haven’t made any claims but the sign up process was very easy and Jason, the agent I dealt with was very friendly and answered all my questions!

Excellent
I have healthy paws for both my dog and cat. I had to use it for both this last month. It’s been very fast and easy. I upload the receipt to the app, tell my vet to send them the chart and just a week or so later I have the check in the mail!

The Story of Gio----an English Cream Retriever ---dearly loved and covered for his Lifetime by Petplan/Fetch Insurance!
Gio, our beloved English Retriever came to us fully insured by his breeder, a Veterinarian from Champaign, IL over 10 years ago. During Gio's first year of life---he experienced a shoulder injury while playing with a neighbor's dog---which lead us to his first joint surgery and insurance claim. Playing at a puppy daycare led to ACL ruptures and back to back TPLO's (Back joint replacements ) when he was 4---2 large claims in the same year. All three surgeries were covered at 80% minus the deductible with no questions ask. There were no claims filed for him from 2015 to September of 2021 when his vet discovered a mass (oral melanoma) in his upper palate. We chose radiation therapy and a series of immunotherapy vaccines to shrink the mass and stabilize his quality of life. He started limping during this time and was treated for an infection in a back digit/toe which didn't heal and the biopsy revealed a carcinoma resulting in the amputation of his toe which gave him back complete mobility. Gio began struggling with some labored breathing this past week and had made arrangements for him to be euthanized at home after a confirmation that the melanoma had metastasized in his lungs. We took him out on Saturday morning to potty and he gently laid down in our backyard, closed his eyes and is now in Dog Heaven running free. I had received an email last week from Fetch asking for us to write a review, but went over our account so that I could be accurate with my review today. Our current policy offered an annual limit of $15,000 with a $500 deductible and reimbursement at 70%. We have filed 8 claims in 2021 totaling $14,587 and have been reimbursed $9,711 without a single issue. I used the online website to file the claims and it was really simple. I want to thank Pet Plan and Fetch for doing business in an honest, professional and efficient manner. We are very grateful and will not hesitate to insure our next puppy with you.
