In his time of need with a undetermined illness taking place I was so thankful that I did not have to worry about how to pay for necessary testing and treatment. This is the first time I have ever had to submit a claim but you made a believer out of me

If ever something happens to my pets, I go into an emotional crisis. Just want them to be better at any cost. But then when the bills pile up a would go into another sort of crisis. A financial one. Before moving my dog to NYC, I was really concerned about the amount of trouble that she would get into. She is a corgi, low to the ground, and an extremely fast eater. My experience with FIGO so far has been great. They have been a little slower than promised on reimbursements but are communicating with me every step of the way and working hard to fix it. I appreciate the honesty and communication. The site/app itself is easy to use and helps me keep track of everything.

They are great. Had a routine claim that took a while to process but it got done and they were great about communicating where they were in the process. The app is awesome and I love the ease of using the service. Also, customer service is very responsive. I highly recommend and I am very difficult to please.
