Alyssa, as all your agents with whom I've worked, was very helpful in giving me information and searching out the answers to my questions. However, receiving the news that Trupanion will deny the claim because my dog has gingivitis as a "pre-existing condition" was quite a blow. As my vet staff said, "All dogs have gingivitis." And a highly-infected, absessed tooth that couldn't be treated when it was first diagnosed because the dog was undergoing chemotherapy strikes me as a little more than "pre-existing gingivitis." Very disappointing. However, Alyssa remains in my "good book" as polite, sympathetic, and very helpful.

I believe that my dog Astro had many tests was to explore the multiple the reson why his eyes, teeth, higher fever , and ultimately a urinary track infection....were all problematic due to an untreated infection. Therefore, each was not an isolated problem, but rather a result of an infection..I believe that I should be due money back to me as a result of a hefty expenditure on my part. I have spoken to my vet and hope he has since reached outto you.

The price of insurance is getting ridiculous. I am surprised by how much it has gone up in the last 10 years for my dog. It would be interesting to see what the profit margins are. I am not sure I will ever get another dog as the insurance is more expensive then insurance for a child. Yikes!

Trupanion is a lifesaver. When I was faced with the choice to follow a very expensive course of treatment for my two dogs, I didn’t have to think twice. I knew Trupanion would cover enough of the expenses so that I could manage the 10% out of my pocket. My dogs are alive today because I have Trupanion insurance on both of them. Truly grateful for your service.

I've had the insurance for 15 years. I've always been pleased with the customer service and they refunds. Direct deposit. The only complaint I would have is it takes about 3-4 weeks to get the refund. But they are wonderful. I highly recommend the insurance
