The claim took forever to be resolved. We are with the result, just not the time it took. Which is unusual, as the claims hardly ever take this long typically.

Super easy as always. Our vet has the insurance on file, and they process it at time of payment. Just as easy as getting prescriptions at the pharmacy. Having pet insurance takes away the fear of having to make a hard decision for our boy based on money. He can always have the very best care.
