Abby was very helpful and friendly.
Abby was very helpful and friendly. Very knowledgeable. I haven't submitted the claim we were talking about yet, so I'm not sure if the issue will be resolved as I was advised it would be.
I've always appreciated how easy it is to make a claim, and how quickly I get reimbursed.
I just wish the premiums wouldn't jump as much as they do, and that is why I hesitate to recommend any pet insurance to friends, however, Trupanion would be the one I would recommend if I do feel they'll benefit.

About the first incident.
I don't like how you don't pay For the first incident. That it has to be the second incident of the same as the first for an order for you to pay
