Outstanding Customer Service
Only had this insurance for about 2 months. I was pleasantly surprised. When I filed my first claim a few weeks after the start date I was paid within minutes. I’ve dealt with insurance companies all my life. To be reimbursed within minutes of my claim being filed is amazing! Thanks Lemonade!

Easy process with caring customer service
Lemonade has been amazing! We knew we were going to get pet insurance even before we picked our puppy up. We did a lot of research and decided that Lemonade had a great price for the coverage we needed. We added the extra wellness package and it was definitely worth it. There are a ton of up front vet costs with a new puppy and having this insurance was extremely helpful. Submitting claims is super easy on the app and payments are sent quickly as well. The customer service representatives who get assigned to my claims are always so nice and helpful and it is wonderful to know that I'm speaking with someone who really seems to care about the wellbeing of my pup. I definitely recommend Lemonade!

Friendly service and great coverage
I love the app for ease of filing claims. The customer service reps are so friendly and kind. The only reason I didn’t give 10 across the board was that my claim did take a long time to process; however, it did get paid and and overall I love Lemonade!

Love Lemonade for my fur babies!
Filing a claim was super easy & filled out everything 100% from my phone!!! They have great customer service & a virtual assistant helping you along the way. Our claim refund (after our deductible was met) was fairly quick & was direct deposited in our bank account! All was a great experience!! 😊

Very easy to do business with.
I’ve been very happy with the service from Lemonade and how quickly they respond back to pending claims. Their app is excellent and a great tool for submitting claims. Their claims specialists are super friendly and easy to work with. I wish all insurance companies operated this way! Kudos to the Lemonade team!

Quick and easy to file a claim
My new Lemonade policy was way cheaper than my old policy and I am getting much better coverage. In late April I fled my first claim for a routine visit and was pleasantly surprised at how quickly it was processed and payment sent to my bank. I left off one item when I filed the claim, went back and filed a follow up claim, and boom, approved and paid in minutes. Very impressed with the seed and quality of service.
