I am unable to set up my account
I am unable to set up my account, so I have no clue about the details of my coverage or how to see when coverage starts, etc. But the money did get charged to my card! So I’m a little sketched out. Edit: all info I need was included in the email, but I still am a tad nervous that I don’t have access to the dashboard. My apologies for the one star!

After searching through the top ten pet…
After searching through the top ten pet insurance plans, I selected three and narrowed it down to ASCPA. Overall, I found this one to my liking when comparing cost vs. benefit. Some I knocked out early due to higher premiums of $10 or more. Some exclusions were excessive, with up to a full year for "preconditions". Also, I support the ASCPA & Humane Society so just another way to do that.

What more could you ask for?
I reviewed a lot of insurance policies. The ASPCA policy was the most flexible with what we wanted for our pup, Dexter. My vet believed in their ability to service our needs and gave me two of her personal recommendations. It says a lot when my pups health care provider would trust them to insure her pets! I liked the flexible, budget friendly cost for services. I also love the fact that my pup can go to any vet, in any state!! We are planning on traveling more with him in the future but the peace of mind that his coverage is coast to coast is extremely appealing. We also decided to pick up the dental insurance for him. The cost is approximately .25 cents per day. I’m hoping he does not have any trouble when his baby teeth come. If he does, we’re covered. I would highly recommend that you do your research then check out the ASPCA! I don’t think that you will be disappointed.

Peace of Mind
Have not had the opportunity to use the insurance as of yet but still feel peace of mind that we have it. The only problem so far is that I keep getting e-mails telling me to register for the Member Center and when I try to do that it tells me I am already registered. Not sure if I am or not.

Nearly perfect pet insurance
We purchased pet insurance for our 3-year-old English Setter just in case anything happened. So far all claims that we submitted were quickly dealt with either reimbursement of money or reasoning as to why we're not reimbursed. They are very responsive and quick which is great. I did not give them a perfect score as I do not recall them indicating that preexisting conditions were not covered so I was a bit surprised that they did not reimburse some items that we requested get treated.
