Bethany was great however I will likely be cancelling my dogs insurance via trupanion.
Bethany was great, however I will likely be cancelling my dogs insurance via trupanion. My vet has provided me with other pet insurance companies brochures and I am currently researching them. I've spent over 1K in the past 2 months on my dog and the vet finally determined he had a food allergy. For over $71 a month even if you were going to deny the claim, you should have covered a portion of it.

My only issue w/Trupanion is that the deductibles are for condition not annual.
My only issue w/Trupanion is that the deductibles are for condition, not annual. And, when I signed up, I thought the $1,000 was annual. Also, my dog w/cancer wound up thankfully getting covered, saving me thousands, but you did deny his initial coverage and I had to go thru the appeals process.
