Easiest pet insurance

I've had pets best for over 3 years now and it's extremely easy to use, great customer service, easy to understand. I've recommended this insurance to anyone that has a pet.

Very Good

My Sammy has recently been diagnosed with lymphoma and is going through some very expensive chemotherapy treatments. I am very grateful that I chose a pet insurance company years ago that has always come through for us. Over the years there has been issues with Sammy and Embrace has always been there for us. Knowing that, it is a huge relief for me especially at this time. Thank you to all at Embrace.

Wonderful Caring Company

My dog recently started to limp and after a visit with our vet we found out he tore his CCL and would most likely need a TPLO surgery. I was very happy to have insurance coverage for this expensive procedure ($3600) but was just so sad he had to have it done. When I called Embrace to ask if I needed a Pre-certification for surgery the lady who answered the phone could tell I was very upset. She spent the first few minutes of the phone call asking if I was ok and reassuring me. She was so sweet and made me feel so much better. Embrace paid my initial vet claim and the Surgeon consult for surgery very quickly- within 10 days I had a check. The surgeon decided to wait for surgery since his CCL was only a partial tear. So we haven't had surgery yet but if we do need to I am so happy that I have an insurance company like Embrace to help us through. I tell everyone I know about Embrace. They are fantastic and I will always cover my pets with them.

Worth every penny!

Wow what a crazy holiday. My pup ate a couple cat toys at my parents house Christmas day. 2 days before our wedding we took him to the emergency. Xrays, fluids, bloodwork...results were a blockage requiring emergency surgery. We took him to his vet in the morning for surgery, they did more tests more xrays and couldn't keep him overbnight so back to the ER for overnight watch. Then back to his vet the following day for a recheck. He is doing do well now and I'm telling you I thought our insurance would cover maybe 50% but they covered about 98%. I couldn't be more impressed and thankful. It was a very stressful time and ya you have to pay upfront the big bills but we got it back and out Murphy is back to 100% thank you nationwide pet insurance!!

Thankful for Nationwide

As my puggle gets older, we are definitely visiting the vet more often. As stressful as that sometimes is, having pet insurance allows me to make sure Maggie gets the best care possible and I don't have to stress about the cost. So glad I got pet insurance when she was younger, I find that it pretty much pays for itself these days.

It's frustrating to have the premiums keep going up and up (and therefore need to bump up the co-pays for my kiddos to bring them back down) but otherwise we have been happy with Trupanion.

I was a little disappointed that my recent claim was not covered.

I was a little disappointed that my recent claim was not covered. I thought that the rule was no covered service for a pre-existing ailment 18 months into the contract. I was not aware that Buddy because as a young dog he has an ear infection within the 18 months prior to the contract that he will not NEVER be covered for ear problems. I used to bathe him a lot and it seemed that was the reason he had the infection.

Well worth the monthly rate

My dog recently had a bout of hemorrhagic gastritis. He was vomiting what looked like just blood over and over. I rushed him to the ER and he had to spend the night. His $1100 plus Bill only cost me $250 and I had the peace of mind knowing he could get the card he needed
