Trupanion is okay.
Trupanion is okay. Too many restrictions after the fact. I'd rather pay a bit extra to have fees covered like taxes and exam fees. Emergency fees should be covered. Point blank. At least the left over balance of an emergency fee should be covered after the typical 65 exam fee.

I liked having Trupanion for insurance for Kiara.
I liked having Trupanion for insurance for Kiara. What I didn’t like at all was that I was lied to normalize times by a number of Trupanion employees regarding the cost of Kiara’s insurance. Because when Kiara was signed up with Trupanion we were supposed to have a discount because I work in the veterinary industry. And every time I call I would always ask and question about that discount and I was always told that it was applied. Then I found out that it wasn’t applied. And when I had it looked into no one could explain what happened

My issue is that I sent in my claim on 2/20 and to date today I still haven’t received the status!
My issue is that I sent in my claim on 2/20 and to date, today I still haven’t received the status! It’s taking way to long when in the beginning of my beginning Trupanion they tol me the process takes about 7-10 days. It’s been way over!

Your company does not have full disclosure and it hurts people and their pets.
Your company does not have full disclosure and it hurts people and their pets. You do not advise what pre-requisites you have and by that you trap people by not disclosing. With a heart murmur you disallow 100% of heart issues. Because of your company the end of my girls life was stressful.
